To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: The scope masking automation in Theater 1 isn't working again, even after restarting the server. For now, I've built new playlists for this theater so the masking should stay at the scope setting until we get it fixed. I'll reach out to DMS about it. To do this evening/ was completed: Built cue sheets, show playlists, and TMS schedule for the coming week. Keep in mind Daylight Savings starts Sunday morning, and this has notoriously been confusing to work out with the TMS scheduler. Right now everything from Sunday on is scheduled an hour early, because in the past TMS automatically moved everything an hour ahead or backward when the time changed. So the schedule should be fine for Sunday, just have a look at it on Sunday just in case. Presentation Issues: The scope masking automation in Theater 1 stopped working. Curtains didn't open for the first showing of Judas tonight, so I used the button on the motor. For the last round I manually opened the curtains after preshow started so they would be preset for the feature. I'll look into this before opening tomorrow. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: TH2 gave me an "AC Interlock" warning when I turned it on, but this was easily fixed by opening up the projector door and repositioning the interlock. Then the lamp turned on just fine. TH7 projector's VNC/Christie screen is locked & needs an Administrator's password. I was able to turn the lamp on by loading a playlist and playing the first 10 seconds. Because I'm still getting used to the huge yet sometimes subtle differences between interfaces at both locations, I must have accidentally loaded a playlist onto TH1 instead of TH7 while working things out. At NWB you quickly fix this by simply setting it back from manual to schedule, but at NPP you must eject what you loaded before doing so. So at opening when TH1 was scheduled to play "Raya" it played "Judas" instead. I called Alec and he walked me through the very simple fix. Just one of those tiny details that you don't realize ...

To do this evening/ was completed: -The second round in Theater 5, Chaos Walking (6:30 preshow, 6:55 showtime), is a manual start every day this week. Load the playlist as soon as the prior one (Raya & the Last Dragon) finishes, play the black slug at the beginning through, then skip a minute or two into the preshow so the playlist will end on time (8:56). Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: We're short on trailers, so Adult playlists (everything except Raya) have only 7 minutes of trailers. Raya has no trailers since there is a short film before the feature.
