NPP Projection Admin 5/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Updated LMS schedule with new showtimes for I Love Boosters.  Tech'd Jason and Shirley and the short that comes before it, volumes updated, lights up cue added. Set up mixer and mics beneath the screen, they're tested. Stolen Kingdom ingested to LMS.  Amreeka keys live tomorrow, same for Boosters. Blue Velvet picked up. No new prints in today, Master should arrive tomorrow. Trivia table out and ready. Built/scheduled a playlist for tomorrow's Boosters show with a Nitehawk slide for the intro, as a placeholder. Can't look at the feature today so we'll have to update this. Presentation Issues: T2 first round lights stayed at CLEANING when preshow started until MOD called. Hit the cue to bring them down. NPP Projection Close 5/18

To do this evening/ was completed: NoBudge went smoothly. Recorded the Q&A. Mics back in the booth. Ingested I Want Your Sex to LMS. Started downloading Stolen Kingdom DCP to Share drive, still going at the moment. Scheduled the week in LMS. Most of the I Love Boosters shows Monday through Thursday will be negative flips FYI. Looked at Jason and Shirley at the end of the night. Feature looks and sounds good. Projection Admin 5/18

To do this evening/ was completed: We are all setup for NoBudge tonight! Ran through the entire playlist front to back. Tested mics/spots. No chairs. This should be a breeze tonight.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Monos and added volume/house lights up cues for credits. Feature has a hot mix so it's rest at 4.0 vol right now, but feel free to bring it up to maybeeee 4.3. Only 13 tickets sold, so I don't think that'll be necessary.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: The keys for I Love Boosters came in (the first round) for the special screening this week. Ostensible, there are slides in the DCP we received; an intro slide and a Q&A slide. The keys open up tomorrow morning, so please take a look first thing. NPP Projection Open 5/16

To do this evening/ was completed: Blue Velvet went smoothly today. Ran loops prior to the show. Ready for tomorrow. Rugrats in Paris feature ingested, playlists built for Sat and Sun. Also built playlists for The Last Emperor and Communion, which still needs the feature added FYI. MOD wanted to know if we have eyes on the green bag that holds the drill we use for seat removal.
