Projection Admin 7/2

To do this evening/ was completed: WiFi is back up and running just fine. Presentation Issues: Was having a bit of trouble with the lights in T2, but I reset the dimmer panel and rebooted just about everything else, check in on the ethernet cables. All good. - L -Noting that I had to reset the dimmers in 1, 4, and 6 as well -A Preshow Clips/Playlist: Evil Dead Burn playlists built (still need to be tech'd) for 7/10, built the playlist for Save The Last Dance. - L Trailer Updates: I noticed when checking theaters before doors that the encrypted "WK24" Odyssey trailer says to see it "In 5 Weeks." Theres a WK27 version (unencrypted) which is the exact same trailer only it says see it "In 2 Weeks" so I swapped that into the 7/3 playlists. There will probably be a WK28 version for net Friday. NPP Projection Report 7/1 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled the Rozz Williams playlist, and Moana for the early Thursday shows. Kat sent the trailer lists for 7/10, I built all first run playlists. All new content is ingested. Still waiting on the intro slide for Save the Last Dance , we can build that once it comes in. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Set up a mic in T3 and ran through the playlist for tonight. All set. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We got a Odyssey poster advertising the 35mm print, I put it in one of the empty sections of the caddy so it's separate. We should put this up when we open the film. Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Moana to the LMS Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed labels and scheduled a pickup for Law of Desire . To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled an infants OCAP show playlist for Toy Story 5  on 7/7 Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Finished setting up for the bingo event at Trees and placed everything back in storage once it concluded Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Onslaught and Sense and Sensibility posters were delivered this afternoon and stored behind 3/7 Ordering/Receiving (content): Save the Last Dance print was delivered and brought up to 4/6 + ingested Romeo's Distress  to the LMS Outgoing/Shipping (content): Placed Law of Desire back on shipping reels; this can be scheduled for a return later this week Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting  Save the Last Dance  and placed it on house reels (shipping reels 3 and 6 were damaged during storage or shipping; I tried taping the latter back together as best as I could but additional reels may need to be requested or ordered to s...

To do this evening/ was completed: LMS scheduled for coming week. Trivia table set up. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Top Gun film feast screening went well. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloading Romeo's Distress for the Rozz Williams screening next Wednesday thru Filemail. It's going onto the share folder, please ingest it when it's done. Ingested the Everything Must Go version of Backrooms and added it to the playlists for Friday on. Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Looked at Minions . Updated the playlist. Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Received the new suction cup for the marquee changer. NPP Projection Admin 6/29 (WB/JC)

To do this evening/ was completed:  Tech'd Benedetta feature, got lights up cue. Ran house checks in all auditoriums. Not specified in the event memo if the performers want mics while the music is going but I set up the Shure receivers and mixer connected to PA speakers just in case. Can break that down later on if they don't need it. Set a new preset on the lightboard for red wash with center spot: 407. There are instructions written out by the port glass window in T1 for the dimming effect described in the event memo. 407 - red wash / spot, 406 red wash. Swept 4/6.
