To do this evening/ was completed: All Soderbergh intros should be 5.0 here. Looked at the last ones we'll need. - LH Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist:  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ingested to t3 and went through all the content for the Dark Shorts program, tech'd everything, built a final playlist I can go through with Cristina before the show. Everything looks/sounds good. Wanted to get eyes on it all early since we made these DCPs. - LH Ingested and built the playlist for Crazy Stupid Love private event, tech'd everything including the birthday video. This is all set now. Brought the drive down so Jack could start on Air Bud.  Tech'd Hank's Saloon. To do this evening/ was completed: Pillion leaves tomorrow! - L I've sent emails about this and mentioned it in blogs as well as in person, but we should not be using HandBrake anymore since DCP-o-matic can do everything HandBrake can without encoding down the quality of the video. There are detailed instructions for using DCP-o-matic to scale video to eliminate letter/pillarboxing (for both scope and flat films), burn in subtitles , and change the audio track in the manual, sections linked above. Presentation Issues: MOD called for cleaning lights in T2 which I mistook as a call for T3, so I brought the cleaning lights up and muted the processor in 3 during Wuthering Heights. They quickly called again to tell me what had happened and we rewound the film by four minutes. Apologies. To do this evening/ was completed: I tested it earlier today and Plex is running just fine now. Not sure what happened, but we'll need to make sure we're only pulling from our bank of movies.  Had our cinema meeting today and we're in good hands right now, waiting on a few things for the later week, but we're in solid shape right now. Scheduled and sent out staff screenings including the encore screenings of Sirat.  Ran Ferris Bueller off the PC for staff early this morn. No issues in T3 this first leg of the day.   Deluxe was not ingesting DCPs this morning, which was curious. Essentially, it kept vanishing on me and wouldn't ingest anything to the LMS, but ingesting to an IMS was fine. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Plex gave me some trouble at Trees this evening (specifically the Prospect Park account) as films could be selected and played but would then pause within moments of starting. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the AppleTV as a fix box but this did nothing to resolve the connectivity issue.
