NPP Projection Close 5/4

To do this evening/ was completed: Lost Boys Q&A and screening went smoothly. Mics back in booth. The projection laptop screwed me over a little bit though FYI. Was at full charge and within 15 minutes unplugged it was dead so I had to log into Splashtop with my phone to press play on the feature. I recorded the Q&A with Patrick Wilson. It's on the T2 rack PC. Scheduled the coming week in LMS. SE playlists still need to be built. Uncut Gems went smoothly. Print is tails out. P2 scope lens plate might need to be shaved down a little bit. There was a small patch of black on the right bottom corner of the screen. Package from Christie arrived, in 4/6. NPP Projection Open 5/4

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Double checked  The Lost Boys show playlist and tech'd mics/spots (mics 1 and 2 are currently charging) + placed two chairs on the side of the stage *update: Desmond sent over the custom slide and trailer around 2PM. I converted these to DCP and tech'd them* Ran loops/adjusted the tape on the port glass in 4 for Uncut Gems this evening + ran a reel on each projector and adjusted volume (I am dropping the level from 7.0 to 6.5 on both processors...minor change but the mix on this in theater 4 is a bit much...adjust accordingly if you think it should be raised) Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested the A Sound of a Dream  trailer for this Thursday's Doc N Roll pre-show Received a Jurassic Park  blu-ray for a private event on 5/12 Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Uncut Gems...

NPP Projection Report 5/3 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a show playlist for The Lost Boys  tomorrow evening with placeholder Nitehawk logo slides for the pre-film Q&A (currently waiting on word from Desmond about a custom slide and Broadway trailer) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: SoF intro and screening in 1 went very smoothly. Cleaned both projectors after the show and closed their exhausts.  Puddysticks encore intro and screening went well too. NPP Projection Report 5/2 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Uncut Gems went nicely in T1 today. I missed one changeover cue--at the end of reel 5--but I saw the motor cue so there was just a few seconds of leader on screen. Be careful with this one, looking at the bench it should be just visible but easy to miss. I brought all the reels plus the Master trailer up to 4/6 for Monday's show. Puddysticks intro was smooth. They used two mics. I brought the poster and easel down to the bar storage closet. Mics were broken down and put away after the following round ended; I was in the middle of running Gems when Puddysticks finished. I left two mic stands under the curtain for tomorrow. NPP Projection Admin 5/1

To do this evening/ was completed: Built all A1 5/8 playlists, old playlists and forecasts removed from servers. Continued on with NoBudge50: Going Full Frontal, Schwag, Man on the Street DCP'd/ingested. Put The Rookie back on shipping reels and Help!!! on house reels. Tech'd reel one of Help, volume logged. Adventures of Prince Achmed DCP package downloaded/ingested to LMS. Cue sheets double-checked for the day. New 35mm letters up. Trees TVs reconnected, playing Plex just fine at the moment.
