To do this evening/ was completed:  Just a few important notes so everyone is aware - 1. We're still waiting to hear back from some Sony folks to give us the proper shipping info for Ladies of Leisure , which is in the 4/6 booth, so please refrain from shipping. 2. The keys for Monos should be coming in late tonight (info via the Deluxe portal) but please let us know if they don't. - L The kiddos went crazy for Sheep Detectives this morning...was very sweet! To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built show playlists for The Master  (evening and weekend brunch pre-shows) and Mission: Impossible II  special events + built and scheduled an infants playlist for The Sheep Detectives on 5/19 Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Alec was on site to set up and oversee the run of show for Prince Achmed in theater 1 with the Morricone Youth Orchestra. Sound check and the screening went smoothly. To do this evening/ was completed: Alec setup for Morricone Youth tonight and will be back later this evening to assist with the show.  One of the school screenings tomorrow switched their film to Sheep Detectives. I've updated the LMS schedule.  Tech'd Obsession today, which sounds better at 5.5.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent trailer lists through the first week of June as she'll be gone. Built all new A1 playlists for 5/22 and finished up a few things for this week. We are still waiting on Amreeka (which should come in either tonight or tomorrow) and the DCP for Jason and Shirley is still uploading to the e-delivery site, so we can't download it just yet.
