NPP Projection Report 9/29 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: LMS is scheduled for coming week. New 35mm letters up. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built Your Mother playlists. We got an updated trailer for the Gotham programs tonight. I converted it and swapped it in. Also some first run playlists updates--NewFest trailer & slide, and Edie Arnold trailer. These are done. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Your Mother and some more NewFest content to the LMS. Only a few more NF DCPs yet to be received. Transferred all NewFest content being teched tomorrow to the proper theaters. Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: The CaptiView Jack mentioned in his blog last night turned out to be salvageable, so we have one complete one with a clamp. NPP Projection Close 9/28

To do this evening/ was completed: No update on the bird situation, at least as of 10 pm. Scheduled first four days of coming week in LMS, excluding Your Mother x3, which still needs a playlist. Built and scheduled both Gotham Shorts programs. *Note*: I could not find the last short for Program 1, We're Not Done Yet. I see it was tech'd and probably I'm overlooking it but right now it's not in the playlist so we need to be sure to add it tomorrow. Zeism went smoothly. We ended up skipping the intro. DJ equipment broken down at the end of the night.  **The last intact Captiview device is no longer intact, the bottom clamp is fully detached from the rest of it.** Took down old brunch and 35mm letters, new brunch letters up. 35mm coming soon. **Got a call from MOD about the showtime display board not showing everything. 3/7 Lenovo computer was pretty much unresponsive save for some program that I couldn't really use (this program was not on the regular home screen but ...

NPP Projection Close 9/27

To do this evening/ was completed: T2 leak desisted as the night went on. The booth is dry. Started scheduling Express Saver pickups for our outgoing prints but the price for each print was listed at over $300, which is a little bit higher than what we usually pay, so I held off on making the shipments, but I still brought the prints down to the side entrance. If you ship in the daytime tomorrow, they still need zip ties. Will make Gotham playlists tomorrow. Projection Admin 9/27

To do this evening/ was completed: Just FYI - I came in this morning to find that projector 1 had been left on since yesterday. Please remember to turn them off. Thanks! The print of Forbidden Planet went well. All reels have been rewound. I will get this shipped out tomorrow morning.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Juice went well in T4 today. DCP has since been deleted from the LMS.
