NPP Projection Admin 4/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Sometime during reel 4 (of 5) of Assassin's Revenge  the fire alarms throughout the building went off. The staff very quickly deduced it was a false alarm and guests were asked to remain in their seats/auditoriums after some confusion about the need for evacuation. FDNY arrived and triggered the alarm twice more, so I waited on word from MOD before resetting each auditorium. Ultimately the shows were delayed roughly 20 minutes so time in subsequent rounds was accounted and adjusted for. I was in contact with Cristina during this and got Sundays on Fire up and running again with about 1/4 of reel 4 to go. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a tech show playlist for Mulholland Drive  that is saved as "MULHOLLANDTECH" on the LMS (also transferred this to theater 2's server) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Finished converting all pre-show/performance content for  Mulholland Drive  to DCP Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Very foolishly began to take down the marquee rental letters this evening thinking the couple had taken their photos and would not be returning (there was no confirmation they would be back to take more with the marquee lit up but I should not have assumed since Chenelle posed leaving them up until EON in her email). To do this evening/ was completed: Inspected Help!!! Very nice condition. Back on its shipping reels for now. Ingested Mulholland Drive feature and started making DCPs for the preshow content Desmond sent over. So far I've made the Mulholland intro slide, the Tips/Breakdown slide with both of the songs included (Sixteen Reasons first, then Got To Go My Own Way), and Malice's performance video. Waiting on FOFIF V2 preshow package. Projection Admin 4/17

To do this evening/ was completed: Just FYI - the keys for The Big Lebowski are coming in a little down to the wire, this Sunday morning. We can tech Monday on admin.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all new A1 playlists for the week of 4/24 including all PG SE shows.  Trailer Updates: Updated all trailers for 4/24.  Special Events/ AV set up: Built and tech'd the playlist for Zootopia (private event this weekend). Scheduled on the LMS. We're all set.  Double checked Cecil B Demented and Secret Life of Pets for this weekend.  Checked Dirty Pair/Project Eden. Adjusted playlist.  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Ripped the BluRay of The Little Mermaid, making sure to chose the Sing A-long version. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Snowy Bing Bongs...  event in theater 1 went well...brought down mics and chairs before the show but had to remove the latter as the initial three guests turned into six on a whim and a fourth mic was needed for the Q&A that they decided to stand/share mics for Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Pressure and Eli Roth's The Ice Cream Man  one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7 + added a handful of past titles to trivia and brought the archive tube to 4/6 Ordering/Receiving (content): Received a blu-ray copy of the animated  The Little Mermaid  for a birthday party on 5/9 and brought it up to the 4/6 booth (note: the parents asked that we use the sing-a-long version for the event) Unzipped Puddysticks  to the shared drive and ingested it to the LMS Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting...

To do this evening/ was completed: Went through Snowy Bing Bongs playlist once more, updated a few cues. All set. Ingested Zootopia to LMS and T7. Tech'd it in 7, looks and sounds good. Likewise The Christophers, volume and lights up cue are good. Currently downloading zip file of Puddysticks DCP to Share drive. Unzip/ingest when ready. Inspected all of The Rookie. Great condition, on house reels. Updated Jimmy and the Demons playlist per Cristina's instruction. Nickelodeon and Mother Mary features ingested to LMS. Take Shelter print arrived this afternoon, down in T1.
