I think after the adjustments Roger made yesterday, we'll have to crank volumes on prints pretty high until we get a new sound reader for P2. Played this at 10 on the 500 and 9.0 on the 750 today, would suggest doing the same for Crash . Other than the first couple minutes being pretty quiet, Fargo ran smoothly. Ran a loop, cleaned the platter and projector in T4. Threaded up Odyssey for 5pm. To do this evening/ was completed: 8/20 Odyssey 35mm went smoothly. Cleaned projector after show. Trees Lounge T1 and T2 went smoothly, recorded the Q&A if anyone wants it. Mics back in booths. Removed old playlists/content, built 8/28 A1 playlists (excluding Coyote v. Acme and Dog Stars ). Tech'd Fargo and Crash with Cristina, volumes logged, good to go. Dear Mama download seemed to fail shortly after it was started. I tried to reinitiate it, which sent a new download code to Desmond but I didn't hear back about it in time. All to say we need to try to download again. Tech'd CatVideoFest and Is God Is. Because the maintenance with Roger took a while I wasn't able to look at Is God Is in T4, so I sent it to T3 and looked at it there. Looks and sounds good, lowered volume to 5.2. To do this evening/ was completed: We are all set for both Trees Lounge shows tonight. I reached out to Cristina to see what she wanted for the spots/wash situation since it's a big event (and I didn't want the QR code to get blurred out, particularly in T2). I made a preset with a multicolored wash with spots and ran a few sets past her. We're using the same sequence for both the intro and Q&A in T1, which is on a white card up in the booth. There's also only one setting we'll need in T2 since it's just an intro, which is taped up in the booth. I ran through the playlists to double check everything. Good to go. There are two chairs off to the side in T1, but I put a few pieces of tape down to mark them for where they should be during the Q&S. Should be a breeze. A lot had both lights down and feature starting a minute early, so I added the 1min welcome slide at the top. Then the ones that already had the 1min welcome didn't need it, so I took it out of those. Spoons got replaced by Oak Street in T1 for the last round--cue sheet and schedule updated! Built both Trees Lounge playlists, Cat Video Fest, and  Crash 8/26. Scheduled all. So we can just pack their prints up after the screenings, provided there are no issues which necessitate another inspection.
