NPP Projection Close 4/28

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Mulholland Drive  tech went fine save for the handful of last minute changes to volume and lighting cues, which in turn threw me off during the first performance but I recovered and got the appropriate spot/wash combo back up, as did the feature screening which started ten minutes behind schedule + broke down all gear for this event following the show and left it behind the curtains on stage in theater 2 Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Mortal Kombat II feature content was made available via Deluxe this evening Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Inspected reels 1-4 (of 8) of Uncut Gems in booth 1 and uploaded some stills to the shared drive Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues and added timing for the Butthole Surf...

NPP Projection Admin 4/28

To do this evening/ was completed: School screening went smoothly this morning. Updated PG-13 and R 4/24 playlists with new trailer list per Kat's email. Blue Velvet and Uncut Gems arrived this afternoon. I would like to assume an additional inspection of Blue Velvet is unnecessary but if not let me know. Prints down in T1. Set up wireless mics/PA speakers for tonight's drag show performance and tech'd the Mulholland feature, added lights up cue. Good to go. Speakers are turned off right now, mics on top shelf of rack behind curtain, fully charged. Vacuumed T5 and 3/7. Did not look at the Puddysticks trailer so that will have to be checked tomorrow. Lost Boys feature ingested to LMS. Projection Admin 4/27

To do this evening/ was completed: Monday screening of Uncut Gems has moved to T4! Also, friendly reminder that there's a school screening tomorrow with preshow starting at the usual 10am. Playlist is scheduled and ready to go! - LH Ran house checks in all theaters this morning -WB Presentation Issues: No issues with T3 at the moment. Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat reached out to have us update the existing 4/24 playlists as well as the 5/01 playlists. I have done the 5/01 playlists, but we can update the 4/24 playlists later this evening.  Trailer Updates: Ingested Backrooms trailer. - LH Special Events/ AV set up: Added four chairs/mics to T3 for Heavy Healing tonight. We will need to remove a chair for this show, seat 3609 . Ran through the playlist and double checked everything. To do this evening/ was completed: New brunch letters up. Tried to schedule return for Richie Rich but Fedex kept giving me notice about temporary unavailability of shipping tools, so we can schedule tomorrow instead. A patron in T5 (5201) mentioned some creaking in the chair that MOD asked me to investigate, but apparently the creaking abated once they were fully situated. NPP Projection Report 4/25 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Let's please keep the inspection reports folder on Google drive organized. You're more than welcome to make a folder for the month if you need to. Thanks. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Richie Rich went well. Play this on Dolby A tomorrow, even though it's SR as printed on the leaders. It sounded better this way during the tech. Also, this will be preceded by the "Chariots of Fur" short which is on a separate reel next to Richie Rich under the rewind bench. Same specs as the feature, 1.85/Dolby A and it has changeover cues. Rewound the print onto house reels and cleaned the projectors. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Walter dropped off his The Master trailer, which didn't have countdown or tail leader. I added some and put it on a house reel.
