NPP Projection Close 3/10

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: I accidentally hit the wrong button on the LMS while trying to take projector 1 off its scheduled mode, which in turn caused the server to appear "offline" on Screenwriter. I loaded the  Girls About Town pre-show and tech'd it to be sure it would run without any issue, and it did, but thought it would be best to reboot the projector to avoid risking any malfunctions during the show and get the system back "online" on the LMS. Following this reboot, a warning on the touch panel stating the PIB board had lost connection was visible so I tried rebooting the machine a second time. This failed and the warning was the same as before so I reached out to Alec to help with troubleshooting the problem. He walked me through reseating the PIB board and rebooting the projector, which ultimately failed, and offered to come back to attempt it himself. Again I tried reseating the board but whatever I was doing was ineffect...

NPP Projection Report 3/10 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: A warning came up on the T2 projector this morning for the cooling pump, saying it is dead. I reached out to Jerry and he said that as long as the projector is operational (which it is, I checked) that it's just the sensor that is dead and not the pump itself. The only way to replace the sensor is to replace the whole pump, though. He'll quote us for a replacement. I also turned the AC in booth 2 back on with this warm weather we're having. The backup option for Cable in Trees is set and working. Rather than explain at length how it works here, see the projection manual section I added on it. Please read it through next chance you get. Presentation Issues: No issues today. Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the Dope playlist (two versions, with and without the Mubi promo), Riding In Cars Wit Boys , and also Undertone . To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Dark Room/Non Films event in theater 3 this evening went smoothly + mics and cables were placed neatly beneath the curtain Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Ass Magic  and Lotion  for NSF but will have to wait to convert Blue  since Dope is still running through DCP-o-matic (this will finish up overnight) Jaws feature content for Singani was made available via Deluxe and should be viewable on the LMS some time tomorrow + Undertone feature content was also made available via Deluxe Began downloading Alphabet Backwards  and Good Neighbors Care  MP4 files for NSF to the Preshow & Trailers drive and will convert these to DCP some time tomorrow Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shif...

To do this evening/ was completed: For tomorrow - please kindly note that seat 1524 in T1 will need to be removed for Girls About Town . Thanks!  Removed a seat in T1 Row 5 for first round - the seat and screws are at the MOD station. Screws are labeled with a sticky note with the T1 drill next to it.  Taking the liberty of downloading some of Jack's DCPs for NSF26 since he's been out. I've got Lotion downloading to the Share folder and the file for Blue, which we'll have to DCP.  Ran house checks.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Madonna , which will need to be tech'd. NPP Projection Report 3/8 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested the remaining available shorts for NSF Closing Nite. I managed to get the video file for "Holey" (Opening Nite) to download fully using Safari. DCP has been ingested. I noticed the blu-ray of Dope is scheduled to arrive on Saturday which is when we're screening it. I'll send a file to convert, probably tomorrow. Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed a return label for Martial Arts and scheduled a pickup for tomorrow, it's on the cart. Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: I found screws which fit the armrest that came off the seat in T3 and put it back on before the last round.
