Couldn't get content to transfer from LMS to servers so had to restart LMS, all good now. Did not switch out brunch letters this evening as there was too much commotion/foot traffic when I went to go check, so I'll do that tomorrow. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: A guest asked for a closed captioning device ahead of the final round of Backrooms in theater 3. This guest is here frequently with their partner and will normally take the device and set it up on their table themselves. Roughly 5 minutes into the feature I was radioed to come down and troubleshoot some technical difficulties. The device was on but only showed "Dolby Captiview ready" on screen. I've run into this issue before and generally speaking rebooting the Fidelio transmitter in the booth will make for a quick fix but this was not the case. I unplugged the USB line, tried the original closed captioning device in addition to a second one I'd brought down from the third floor, then tried unplugging/plugging in the power three more times to no avail. Both devices continued to read "Dolby Captiview ready" each time they connected to the system. I connected both devices to theater 7's Fidelio trans...

To do this evening/ was completed: Opening up Toy Story 5 today!  I sent an email to projection and house managers about the aspect ratio change that happens 35 minutes into Death of Robin Hood, in addition to it being letterboxed before that change, just in case patrons ask. I added a 1.66 masking cue so that it is nice and flush for the rest of the film. I have a feeling this has to do with changes made to the settings for Obsession since that film needed a custom preset but I could be wrong. This is really the only reliable way to download large files from Dropbox, it seems. Everything else looks like it downloaded completely the first time, so once the video file is done syncing, copy it into the Share folder and we should be able to ingest this.
