To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the Minions, Law of Desire, and Splendor in the Grass playlists. Ingested Thriller preshow for All the President's Men so that can get built

Scheduled Jackass and Supergirl shows for Thursday.

For next week, I scheduled through Monday 6/29.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: DCP tech in T1 went well.

Ran loops for Butterfly Effect. Mic and stand set up.

Trivia tonight. I put the table out.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): The minions are invading NPP after all... ingested Minions and Monsters to the LMS.

We got a print of The Fountainhead (1949), which was supposed to be The Fountain (2006). John reached out to HFC to figure out the best way to sort this out. I left The Fountainhead in 4/6 for now.

John will be picking up Law of Desire from the Quad on Thursday.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Looked at Basic Instinct and updated the playlist.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: The marquee changer was indeed broken, a piece in between the two circular parts had snapped and the threading on the screw was starting to strip. I ordered a replacement suction cup but superglued the broken one back together and put some washers on the screw so it can still be used until the new one arrives.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Finished filling out cues for Thursday.

Cue sheets for next week are done with the exception of The Invite shows on Thursday and credits for Under the Fig Trees, we've yet to receive either.

Marquee updated?: Updated brunch titles.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
