I mistakenly put up the "Queer Mixer" slide on the bar TVs and the "T4T" slide on the projector screen at Trees, was alerted of the mistake and told (correctly by Alec, I should specify) that a looping video with the T4T slide and other NF content was to be played on the screen and a static T4T slide was meant to be on the TVs ...Galen told me only the still T4T slide was suppose...

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Final round in theater 4 failed to start since the show playlists were scheduled too close to one another Around 11PM I got a call on the radio from Desmond about the projector at Trees. The NF slide was still running on the TVs above the bar but not on the big screen. I turned the projector back on but this caused the TVs to display "no signal" over rainbow bars. Once I got Plex working again I tried to power the projector back on but it caused the same issue. I am not sure why this disconnect is happening since both sources were working together just fine before, so I have turned the projector off for the remainder of the party and kept the slide running on the bar TVs.  Preshow Clips/Playlist:  Built a show playlist for Hotel Transylvania   Made adjustments to the NewFest playlists for tonight following their tech earlier this afternoon.  Still a score of playlists that still need to be built including Klara...

I tried putting in our back up IMS, but the projector still could not establish a connection. After discussing with Jerry at length we think it's a Christie problem, so I pulled logs from the projector and sent them. Waiting to hear back. DMS is also checking if they can provide us with an emergency replacement for tomorrow. Preshow Clips/Playlist: McKegg ran through the NewFest playlists for tonight and made a few small adjustments. There was no babies playlist scheduled in T2 today. I noticed after it started so I adjusted things manually. So, this was also happening to me a bit but I'd reseat the 673 (the horizontal board that connects to the ribbon cable for the screen), unplug and then plug in the processor again, and it'd work. Just FYI - issues with the screen almost always means that nothing is wrong with the underlying processor itself, which is great, but what isn't is not being able to see the volume or track preference... It is 2.20:1 Use the 2.00 preset which is buttons 1 and 3 pressed simultaneously on the motor. I already made a 2.20 cue on the T3 Dolby server to activate that preset, so those buttons need to be set to the proper position. Also Heart of the Beast and Coyote vs. Acme letters and posters need to come down. Other Mommy and Social Reckoning letters need to go up and posters hung or updated to now showing. I brought the spots board back down, reconnected it for the STB hosts, and was alerted to the wash lights malfunctioning. Took a couple of runs up and down from booth 1 and messing with the buttons on the board itself before I realized the "left" and "center" spotlight breaker switches were left off despite Lillian's blog stating these could be kept on.
