NPP Projection Close 10/12



To do this evening/ was completed: Will inspected Devil and the Deep earlier.

Scheduled coming week in LMS sans Fjord (still waiting on feature to arrive) and SE playlists. Built the playlists for You Can See Everything with generic preshow in place of the 5min YCSE preshow piece, which should be available on Wednesday.

Re-started DCP for Edward Scissorhands on T1 Mac. It's going to the George Ivan drive, should be finished tomorrow evening.

Urgh! print went pretty smoothly. For some reason the HDMI lens cue didn't fire properly so I had to hit it manually. Broke down equipment afterward.

**A note about CP500: When I turned on the 500, the front display screen didn't really turn on, it wasn't showing anything. I turned the 500 off and back and on and for a while it was the same thing, nothing displayed on the screen. I left the booth to go work on something else and came back a few minutes later and finally the screen was with all of the soundtrack options displayed.**

**Also: When both doors to T1 theater are open, there isn't anything to indicate that the theater is indeed theater one. I ran into a few guests who were standing in front of the theater but didn't know they were in the right place and asked for help.**

Took down outgoing 35mm letters and brunch letters at end of the night to make way for NewFest letters. Those need to go up tomorrow.

Wishmaster print arrived, it's in T1 booth.

Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
