Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for The Craft. We'll run through this again - Lillian

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Setup for the private event (Adult Swim) in T4. Intro mic is all set in the stand. There are three mics on the chairs in front of the screen (4 mics in total - Chenelle mentioned two people would share one.). The playlist is all ready to go/techd. - Lillian

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the Dark Room Shorts to T3 and built a tech playlist for tomorrow. DCP'd the slide. 
DCP'd the slide for Spook Who Sat. 
We're rearranging a few shows, so I transferred Godzilla to T4, Brother's Wedding to T5, when we get Halloween we'll put it in T3. I had Will bring up JFK to T4 so we don't space on it. 
Ingested Witches preshow content. 
Ingested Wicker feature DCPs. Received a CRU driver of Only Pickpocket in NYC. Ingested to the LMS. -  Lillian

Marquee updated?: Put up Mubi Presents with the brunch info and rearranged everything a little to look more even. Took down the 35mm titles and put up the letters for the private event tonight. I met with David outside whilst doing the marquee and told him we're all set for this evening (David for Adult Swim). The 35mm titles have been reorganized in the booth and labeled so that they're easier to put back up once the event is over. -Lillian

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
