Projection Admin 10/16



To do this evening/ was completed: Brought the volume up for You Can See Everything to 6.5 since we have sold out shows for the foreseeable future and it can def go up. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: A lot of playlist building today, which I will finish up tomorrow evening, but I have take care of just about every NewFest playlist and new A1 this week. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Vampire's Kiss playlist all set and scheduled for the weekend. 

Cristina sent over the Dark Room files for the first week of November program. I downloaded everything to a folder DarkRoom_110126 to the downloads section. I DCP'd one short, Buffalo 10.  

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Halloween V1.2 preshow content 5, 15, 25min . 
Ingested new Born 2 Feel DCP and updated our NF folks. 

Ingested Adams family and sent to T2. Built the playlist and scheduled it. FYI keys do not come in until after 6pm tonight! So we will need to tech it this evening for tomorrow. 

Ingested Night of the Living Dead DCP. 

Ingested new forecasts, new trailers for 10/23, etc. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted content we no longer need. 

Print/video Inspection: 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Jack inspected both Scooby Doo and Wishmaster. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Keeping an eye on when we should order some more lamps since we're out of 16Ms, but we don't need to change one for a little while longer, and we already have 30SPs for the larger theatres, which we'll need much sooner. 

Had to reconnect the wifi in Trees for Plex. We're all set now.

The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
