NPP Projection Admin 10/6



To do this evening/ was completed: Built 10/9 A1 playlists with soon-to-be old QR explainer videos. We'll replace those when they're available tomorrow. Also built most upcoming SE playlists, trailer list updated with initials. Devil and the Deep slide ingested.

Scheduled coming week in LMS, excluding Social Reckoning and Other Mommy (waiting on preshow content for both). Cue sheets also built for coming week excluding those two films.

4/6, 1 and 3/7 booths swept/vacuumed.

Edie Arnold poster arrived, in 3/7, tube labeled.

Briefly met with Kaves and John W. about Thursday's screening. Kaves is supposed to come by around 5pm today with a file for us to convert to DCP, so be sure to start that when it arrives.

The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
