NPP Projection Close 10/20 (McKegg mid-shift/Will close)

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Final round in theater 4 failed to start since the show playlists were scheduled too close to one another

Around 11PM I got a call on the radio from Desmond about the projector at Trees. The NF slide was still running on the TVs above the bar but not on the big screen. I turned the projector back on but this caused the TVs to display "no signal" over rainbow bars. Once I got Plex working again I tried to power the projector back on but it caused the same issue. I am not sure why this disconnect is happening since both sources were working together just fine before, so I have turned the projector off for the remainder of the party and kept the slide running on the bar TVs. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Hotel Transylvania 

Made adjustments to the NewFest playlists for tonight following their tech earlier this afternoon. 

Still a score of playlists that still need to be built including Klara and the Sun (pre-show content remains TBD so waiting on confirmation for this), the NewFest shows on Saturday, and Wildwood/The Only Living Pickpocket in New York whenever they end up arriving. I made a Babies playlist for You Can See Everything next Tuesday, but please check it, because I wasn't sure what exact lighting cue to keep. House up? Or House mid? -MC

Special Events/ AV set up: The New Voices program in Theater 1 ran smoothly to start. - MC

Tiger feature intro and screening in theater 3 went well + got the mixer slide up and running at Trees for the post-screening event; also brought the volume on the mic up for the NewFest hosts...this is being kept behind the step and repeat for the time being

Wireless mics are back in booth 1 + stands used in 1 and 3 are beneath the curtains in each auditorium

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Begotten and My Brother's Wedding posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): JFK print was delivered (in three canisters!!!) and brought to booth 1 for its first show; its encore screening is in theater 4 on 11/7 and the reels can be brought up after

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): The cue sheets for next week are mostly done. Timing for Wildwood and still need to be filled in and then put in their respective days. Automation I was only able to get to Friday and some of Saturday - MC

To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
