To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screenings are out on 7shifts, scheduled on the LMS and blocked on the calendar. 

We have one manual start today in T1! (Second round). 

Cinema Meeting went well. We're in good shape. Last bit of content to follow through soon. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built SE playlists. 

Sent the certs for 5,6,7 to Owen for Edie Arnold and ingested the new KDMs. 

Also, I got the certs for the new IMS in T6 and added them to the folder on the desktop in 4/6. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Setup the speakers, yamaha and wireless mic mixer (you just gotta turn everything on) and tech'd the feature for The Craft. Everything has been tested! Should be a smooth show. FYI - they only need one, but I added two mics just in case. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested new trailer for Edie Arnold. 
Ingested Cat in the Hat DCPs

I am downloading the DCP of Halloween to the Share folder. Please ingest once it is done. 

I am downloading Being Heumann DCP n assets to the Share folder via Aspera. Please ingest this once it's done. Thanks!

NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
