Preshow Clips/Playlist: Hotel Transylvania all set for this weekend. First runs ready to go. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: NF should be smooth sailing, but there will be techs tomorrow morn. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested new content from Kat continued and continued building out playlists for the rest of the week (special events) and for the week of 10/30. Waiting on some preshow elements coming in Monday. 

Received the print of Red Headed Woman, which can get inspected tonight. Brought this down to T1. 

DCP'd and ingested multiple SE slides. 

Received, downloaded and ingested My Brother's Wedding via filemail. op0-]=;0olr2345632

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Ran a reel of Wishmaster for Cristina and brought all the reels up from T1 since this has been moved to T4.

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac. To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
