NPP Projection Admin 10/27



To do this evening/ was completed: Built playlists for Chronovisor, Pickpocket, Wicker and Wild Horse Nine. Scheduled all of these for next week in LMS *but noting here that some of them need to be updated with the Edie Arnold trailer.*

Tech'd the Pratt Animation DCP with Chenelle and the client via FaceTime. He was satisfied, DCP looks and sounds good. Standby for more info.

Tech'd DarkRoom shorts with Cristina. All look and sound good. It looks like we don't have a 1.37 masking cue in T3 right now we may need to make one before the show if possible. Google Doc for this contains tech info.

Ran loops for tonight, all set.

New 35mm letters up on marquee. 

Downloaded T5 certs and was about to send to Edie Arnold people but held off so send those tomorrow.

Looked and could not find the poster for Being Heumann. 10/1 admin blog said it was put in 3/7, maybe I just missed it. Either way we need to find it and send a picture to Chenelle when we can.

Presentation Issues: The Apple TV in Trees was having issues connecting to the Plex and as I looked into it, it's because it wasn't on the wifi at all. In hiding our office wifi from being listed, we keep getting kicked out on certain devices. It happens to me at Williamsburg now all the time, despite asking my devices to remember the network. - MC

The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
