Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked and scheduled the Attack the Blow pre-show playlist for tomorrow evening

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Finished setting up for trivia at Trees + The Color of Money intro and screening in theater 1 this evening went smoothly

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Additional La Bola Negra posters were delivered + a tube full of extra Your Mother Your Mother Your Mother posters (presumably intended for the director Q&A event two days ago) was delivered this evening 

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested all the BK SciFi FF shorts on the shared drive to the LMS at Alec's request

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Beginning to suspect something might be awry with the dowser in theater 6...this isn't the first time I've seen light on screen despite the dowser being "closed" on the touchpad. Opened and closed it again which cut off the light but will keep an eye on it between rounds to see if any is coming through

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
