To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Ran through both NewFest playlists for tonight and made a few adjustments.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Mics are out for NewFest tonight.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Teched Scooby Doo 2 and logged the volume.

Ran through the Craft tech as well. Added volume cues to the clips in the tech playlist and spotlight settings are in the run of show doc.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned out the filter on the Trees projector. It was overheating and shutting itself off, should be good now.

Changed the batteries in one of the spots for T6, both are as bright as they can be.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled in timing for NewFest tonight.

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Put up Clayface and took down Your Mother

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projection cart by entrance?:

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
