NPP Projection Report 10/3 Open


To do this evening/ was completed: A reminder about the Your Mother Q&A tomorrow. Jack, you will need to pull the stairs out for the T2 stage, put the stanchions out, and set out two director chairs with mics during the credits.

Also the two marquee rentals can come down after 10pm tonight.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I made a playlist for the Your Mother Q&A show tomorrow. I made a slide alerting the audience to the Q&A and placed it after the policy clip. It's called "Slide_YourMother_QA." Please note this is not a custom slide to have on screen during the Q&A, I put our logo slide in place for that. Updated the cue sheets and LMS schedule for tomorrow.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Newsies private event went very well.

Spoons also went smoothly. All equipment has been put away. FYI--they left some bins under the curtain. Michael will come get them during the week.

To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
