To do this evening/ was completed: FYI - the keys for Psycho come in tomorrow and open on the 17th! 
Eta for the keys for Toy Story 5 not yet available on Deluxe. - LH

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd the Disclosure Day infants playlist for tomorrow morning and lowered the volumes of the feature and the new trailer for The Odyssey -WB

Trailer Updates: Asked Kat for a new Jih-Roh trailer for tonight as the one we received did not have subs. All set now. - LH

Special Events/ AV set up: Tech'd and adjusted the playlist for All You Need Is Kill. All set for tonight, cue sheets included! - LH

Built the playlist for the private event for Toy Story, techd the feature. Butterfly Effect playlist set. - LH

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested The Death of Robinhood DCPs. 
Leviticus DCP ingested.

DCP'd and ingested the content for Benedetta - Tips slide, Intro slide, Performance piece. - LH

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran some platter tests today to check in with everything. Running smoothly. - LH

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Added some SE info and added the formulas for Leviticus and The Death of Robinhood. - LH


Marquee updated?: Removed Michael and The Sheep Detectives and brought the letters for Masters of the Universe and Scary Movie down from the top row + took down Knicks letters from the front; "World Cup Games @ Trees Lounge" remains -WB

Posters updated?: Took down Michael and The Sheep Detectives and replaced them with posters for Supergirl and Jackass: Best and Last beneath "coming soon" banners + placed a "now showing" banner above Disclosure Day and added The Invite and Moana (2026) to the lobby cases -WB

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
