NPP Projection Report 6/20 Open
To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: The website had the 12pm Toy Story 5 listed as OCAP for today, but we had the 11am scheduled as OCAP following Matthew's film schedule. A guest at the 11am show complained about the captions, but Rebecca and I decided not to stop the movie and switch to the CCAP version for one guest. I also swapped the 12pm show in T2 to OCAP for today since that's what was on the website. Toy Story OCAP listings are correct for tomorrow and the rest of the week on the website.
Preshow Clips/Playlist:
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: Bueller and Devil Queen played well.
World Cup is on in Trees with sound.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):
Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting The Meteor Man.
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning: Not sure what was up with the Captiview in T3 last night, but they were working fine for me in there this morning. Reminder: the transmitter for 3 is connected to a USB-over-Ethernet extender inside the theater since the signal from the booth was a bit weak and led to a lot of dialogue not being displayed on the devices. This connects to the USB 2.0 port on the IMS with a red braided USB cable. The extender/transmitter is under the screen next to the mic mixer, though reseating the cable at the IMS/projector end should be sufficient. A few theaters use the extenders for the CCAP transmitter, and they are always connected to the USB 2.0 port and the transmitter is always under the curtain. Otherwise, the transmitter itself will be connected to the IMS's USB 2.0 port. I re-sat that USB cable in 3 before testing, maybe that did the trick.

--Also should note that one of the devices was dead since its charger had been unplugged from the outlet. Another would not display any text unless it was plugged into the charger. I replaced the latter device with a spare and labeled it as broken. Also made sure all the chargers are plugged in.
---Lastly, the devices labeled "Fidelio" on the wall in the booth only affect the assisted listening signal, so if you're having CaptiView trouble there's no need to reset these.
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Added the extra time for the Butterfly Effect Q&A to Tuesday's cue sheet.
Marquee updated?: In addition to everything else we lost yesterday, we also lost Scary Movie so I took those letters down.
