To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled an infants OCAP show playlist for Toy Story 5 on 7/7

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Finished setting up for the bingo event at Trees and placed everything back in storage once it concluded

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Onslaught and Sense and Sensibility posters were delivered this afternoon and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Save the Last Dance print was delivered and brought up to 4/6 + ingested Romeo's Distress to the LMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Placed Law of Desire back on shipping reels; this can be scheduled for a return later this week

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Save the Last Dance and placed it on house reels (shipping reels 3 and 6 were damaged during storage or shipping; I tried taping the latter back together as best as I could but additional reels may need to be requested or ordered to send it back to the distributor) 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues for tomorrow and initialed for confirmation (Under the Fig Trees will need to be tech'd and have its credits timing updated)

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. Projection Close 8/26 Lillian

To do this evening/ was completed: I will be out tomorrow as I'm still recovering from a bad cold and need another day to rest. I will have notes via email tomorrow. I will also be joining the cinema meeting and will be remoting in from home. I reached out to Rebecca again and cc'd Lauren and Ian who will be here during the early hours tomorrow so that they know I'm out in case they walkie and can contact me via phone/email. If Jack is able to come in a little earlier, I'll let management know. I let management know about the iPad (per Jack's blog) which I'm running the updates on right now and had hoped would be done soon but they're still going so I let them know to use the Spotify app in the meantime if Soundtrack doesn't work, but it should.  The print of It's Alive  went down well (if you don't count the lad that threw up in the theatre and then right outside the door). NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac.
