NPP Projection Close 6/19
To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: A guest asked for a closed captioning device ahead of the final round of Backrooms in theater 3. This guest is here frequently with their partner and will normally take the device and set it up on their table themselves. Roughly 5 minutes into the feature I was radioed to come down and troubleshoot some technical difficulties. The device was on but only showed "Dolby Captiview ready" on screen. I've run into this issue before and generally speaking rebooting the Fidelio transmitter in the booth will make for a quick fix but this was not the case. I unplugged the USB line, tried the original closed captioning device in addition to a second one I'd brought down from the third floor, then tried unplugging/plugging in the power three more times to no avail. Both devices continued to read "Dolby Captiview ready" each time they connected to the system. I connected both devices to theater 7's Fidelio transmitter just to see that they could receive signals and text from that auditorium showed up on both screens. At this point another ten minutes had passed in the feature so I opted to explain the situation to the guests, apologize for the inconvenience, and asked the MODs to speak with/comp them for the trouble. **If we can get eyes on this tomorrow morning that would be greatly appreciated**
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Raised the feature volume in all Toy Story 5 playlists; 5.0 sounded a bit muted with the fuller (much younger) crowds

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed all Mandalorian & Grogu and Masters of the Universe feature content from the LMS and individual servers

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes (double checked tomorrow and Sunday since a few OCAP shows were not scheduled and pre-show times were slightly off) + updated credits information for Ferris Bueller's Day Off
