To do this evening/ was completed: School screening for Mando went great in T1 this morning. - LH

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd and updated the playlist for Fabulous Stains - LH

Went to go check out Bev Hills Troop for the private event on Thurs and it was out of sync. I've been attempting to correct this with running the file through Handbrake at 24fps instead of 30 and matching that with a 24fps preset in DCP-o-matic. The audio is still running, so once that's done, please transcode. - LH

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Went through the playlist for and adjusted a few things for the shorts program tonight. Since we do not have Obsession in T3 tonight, I reset the variable ratio masking back to 1.37 and the 1.66 masking cue back to 1.66 proper. We can reset the variable ratio masking tomorrow, though it's not needed til Wednesday, for Obsession. There are two mics in stands off to the side and both have been tested. - LH

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingesting Masters of the Universe to the LMS - LH

DCP'd/ Ingested Desmond's June slides. - LH

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted old content. 

Reached out to John about shipping for The Master, to see if we can get labels. It's Lionsgate but should go back to HFC. We'll likely do the express shipping, but John is double checking everything since we rarely book with Lionsgate. Would rather us be careful, so please standby! - LH Update! It's cool for us to go with Express Saver. Gettin' this out now...

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
