To do this evening/ was completed: World Cup is on in Trees! Matthew reconfirmed the channels in an email, too, but they're also right by the monitor in the booth. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Adjusted and scheduled SE shows on the LMS. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: We are all set for Chocolate Babies this evening - FYI no intro or Q&A. Desmond is out of town. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): I had a look at the new Odyssey special trailer for the Disclosure Day playlists (to which I also added a scope lens/masking pack since only the scope version of that trailer is available. 

The keys for ET come in tomorrow! They will open up on Saturday, which is a little annoying, but workable. 
Keys for All You Need is Kill will also open up Saturday!

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Got my eyes on Willie Dynamite in advance of our tech tomorrow just to make sure we're all good. Strong track on this one. 

Looked at Fancy Dance and Fresh Kill. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Filled out more info on the cue sheets for special events. Will run the last reel of Dragon Fight for credits tomorrow. Once ET key letter comes in tomorrow, we'll add that too. 

Marquee updated?: Yes. Disclosure Day added, Michael taken down. 

Posters updated?: There are two bikes in front of the Disclosure Day poster, so I could not open it. We'll have to change out the banner once there's space.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
