To do this evening/ was completed: Had a lovely but very long interview with the Nolan/Odyssey reps early this morn. Screen the trailer for them, which was super, super fun. - L

Ran house checks in all theaters -WB

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: We are still waiting on the 6/12 forecasts from Kat for the new playlists. She should have them sorted by tomorrow!- L

Built and scheduled an infants show playlist for Backrooms tomorrow in theater 2. Brought the volume down lower than usual since there are only a couple of tickets sold and the feature get rather loud -WB

Built staff and OCAP show playlists for Disclosure Day -WB

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Got everything ready for the Knicks game this evening. Projector XLRs are plugged in. Breaker is on/volume up. Only thing left to do is switch to digital link and raise the volume on the projector remote when the game starts -WB

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): FYI - the keys for Disclosure Day will be delivered on 6/10 and open 6/11. - L
 Ingested Psycho to the LMS. Confirmed with Conrad and Cristina that it's the extended version. - L

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: I reset the port tape, ran loops and got the lenses set for Strangers on a Train. using 1.33 masking. I train a reel to make sure everything looks good, which it does. Should be a splendid show. Nice print! - L

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. To do this evening/ was completed: I will be out tomorrow as I'm still recovering from a bad cold and need another day to rest. I will have notes via email tomorrow. I will also be joining the cinema meeting and will be remoting in from home. I reached out to Rebecca again and cc'd Lauren and Ian who will be here during the early hours tomorrow so that they know I'm out in case they walkie and can contact me via phone/email. If Jack is able to come in a little earlier, I'll let management know. I let management know about the iPad (per Jack's blog) which I'm running the updates on right now and had hoped would be done soon but they're still going so I let them know to use the Spotify app in the meantime if Soundtrack doesn't work, but it should.  The print of It's Alive  went down well (if you don't count the lad that threw up in the theatre and then right outside the door). NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac.
