To do this evening/ was completed: Had our cinema meeting today and we're in great shape. FYI the dvd we received of Toy Story (1995), for the private event, is not of greta quality (both as a ripped file and as a disc), so Alec reached out to Chenelle to see if we can get a BluRay. 

Staff Screenings have been posted on 7shifts, blocked on the calendar and scheduled on the LMS. - LH

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated necessary first run playlists with with the Coyote Acme trailer instead of Minions since we're probably not getting the new movie. Updated more first run playlists with the Super Girl 6 trailer since the old one was being used. - LH 

Built all SE playlists for the week of 6/12, however we'll need to tech them and Psycho still needs the slide. This has been marked on the trailer sheet. - LH

Trailer Updates: Added Jih Roh trailer  for All You Need Is Kill

Downloaded and ingested the Fancy Dance DCP to the LMS. Liaised with the Apple TV folks for two sets of keys and we received both - first batch open up tomorrow, so I'll get my eyes on it then.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed out labels and scheduled a pickup for Heroes for Sale, which should be on its way soon. Got rid of content on T4 and T3 servers they don't need. - LH

Print/video Inspection: We received the print of All the President's Men, so that can get inspected this evening! Alec and I brought it down to T1. - LH

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Chef Jared caught this super early in the day so I adjusted it immediately on both the cue sheets and LMS, but T1 and T2 showtimes had been accidentally swapped. All fixed. - LH

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
