To do this evening/ was completed: Ran loops for tonight, all set. Cleaned the projectors afterward.

New forecasts ingested, built 6/12 playlists and scheduled coming week in LMS. Alec built the cue sheets.

New 35mm letters up on marquee.

Disclosure Day playlists have the exclusive Odyssey Trailer 3 right before policy/feature.

Packed up Strangers on a Train and scheduled Express pickup for today. It's on the cart.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Chenelle dropped off a DVD of Toy Story for the 6/16 private event. Since Willie D is still going on the T1 iMac I'll look at the DVD itself on screen in 3 tomorrow to assess the quality and let Chenelle know.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Checked both DCPs for the two private events tomorrow morning, built playlists and scheduled them. All set.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: The 1.37 masking cue in T1 is working again, the wire to automate button 4 on the motor had snapped off so I just had to reattach it.

We have 3 complete CaptiView devices now. I found one off to the side in the storage closet and I was able to get the clamp off one of the broken ones and attach it to a spare. As for the two with broken bolts, I was able to get those broken pieces out of the Captiview devices, however the pieces that attach the clamps cannot be fixed.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): First run is done for next week, all rep and special events still need to be filled in.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud.
