To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: I asked Jack to hard reboot the Theater 1 projector between rounds today to see if it would resolve the schedule issue and it didn't. When I got in I looked on the IMS for this theater and the schedule on there was completely empty, despite shows still showing up on the TMS scheduler. When I deleted the last two schedules for today and rescheduled them, they showed up on the IMS as well and Theater 1 schedules on the TMS from Monday onward disappeared. The schedules must have gotten erased from the Theater 1 server somehow and the TMS re-communicated with the server when I deleted today's last two schedules to show that the schedule on this server was empty. Rescheduled everything for the week so it should be OK now. No sound issues in Theater 1 tonight. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: As I was coming in I got a call from Gil that Theater 1 didn’t start which I thought was strange since this wasn’t a manual start and there was plenty of time between schedules for the server to load the next playlist. When I checked the TMS it wasn’t the same as what happens in Theaters 2 and 6 sometimes, the playlist hadn’t loaded at all. I started it manually and kept an eye on it for the next round and the same thing happened. There wasn’t enough time before the last show to restart the projector, but I think when it restarts tomorrow morning it won’t be a problem, definitely check to make sure things start, though. Manually turned off the lamp after the last screening. Sound in Theater 1 was fine all night. To do this evening/ was completed: Downloaded and ingested the Spongebob "Tip" file and the  Sonic the Hedgehog 2 preshow from the shared drive Presentation Issues: Several guests in theater 1 made a complaint to one of the servers during the last round of  Morbius that they could not hear any audio from the right side of the room (note: these guests were seated in row 1100, the one closest to the back wall and beneath the rear surround speakers); I could hear audio coming from the left and right surround speakers faintly and cycled through the channel settings on the Dolby app in 4/6 to try and redirect the audio around the room, checking the auditorium each time to make note of any changes. The one thing I noticed was that the dialogue seemed to be coming exclusively from the right rear/left rear surround speakers, and not through the center channel behind the screen. Added a volume cue for the CP750 to the Repo Man playlist. Ingested keys for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban . Perfect and High Tide prints came in. Outgoing/Shipping (content): Spoke to Sony about returning Wild Things , they will pick it up at the same time as Perfect , possibly next Wednesday.
