To do this evening/ was completed: Downloaded and ingested LateRoundFeb23 trailer, along with a trailer for Creed III, and built all first run playlists. A few of the trailer packs are missing content, specifically the Assault on Precinct 13 trailer for Babylon/Skin and the Dreamcatcher trailer for M3GAN. Reached out to Kat. 35mm SE playlists built as well. Started converting the NoBudge shorts to DCP. So far Buzzkill, Craigslist Roomate  and Boyfriend's Boyfriends have been converted and placed in a NoBudge folder on the DCPII drive.  Swept and mopped 4/6. Presentation Issues: No issues with T7. To do this evening/ was completed: Downloaded keys for Babylon again as the KDM was still scheduled to expire by tomorrow afternoon; The Karate Kid DCP was left connected to theater 3 the other night so I brought the drive back up to 4/6 Presentation Issues: A few more guests complained about the low volume during the second round screening of  M3GAN this afternoon (there were 190 guests seated for it and the room did sound quiet when I went in to check on it) so I raised the level to 6.3 and brought up the cue on the playlist to 6.0 IMB marriage went down approximately 15 minutes into the final round in theater 7; I called Lillian for help with troubleshooting the issue and, after powering the projector down, restarting it, then trying to manually marry the IMB (which failed), we left it as it was for DMS to look over tomorrow (guests had their money refunded for this inconvenience...fortunately The Menu is available on HBO Max...) To do this evening/ was completed: Re-inspected Menace II Society-- it's on shipping reels heads out, ready to be sent to HFC Media Services. Added a "received heads/tails out?" slot to the print inspection form in Google Sheets.  Built a playlist for Karate Kid, can be tech'd tomorrow. Uploaded keys for Matinee and Babylon. Shining keys arrive at midnight. Tech'd Broker and Skinamarink-- volumes and credits cues are set. Looked at Broker in T7 and the image was slightly keystoned with a smaller bit of image bleed at the bottom of the screen. Adjusted it to fit the side masking nicely but the bleed remained no matter what adjustments I made. I looked at some scope trailers in flat before adjusting and couldn't detect any misalignment. Could be worth checking again tomorrow, though the bleed is pretty close to negligible. Skinamarink has no credits--it just ends with "the end" then cuts off. Playlist set. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: I ran all even numbered reels of Menace II Society on projector 1 in theater 4 and noticed as soon as I changed over to reel 2 that there was a sliver of purple (what I immediately assumed to be the optical soundtrack) visible on the left side of the screen; at first I tried adjusting the aperture plate to correct the framing but when this failed I resorted to adding an extra piece of gaff tape to the port glass window which covered the screen accordingly -- I looked at and compared both plates after the screening and it seems like the one for projector 1 was filed a little wider than the other which may have cause the soundtrack to show Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Menace II Society screening in theater 4 went very smoothly despite the minor framing hiccup (reels are tails out in booth 4/6 and ready for re-inspection); Lillian assisted with the karaoke setup at Trees Lounge which was broken ...

I sent an email out earlier today in regards to the schedule from Feb to March (2nd), which has been posted, so make sure to plan ahead as much as possible with any time off requests, and communicate with one another for any swaps/last minute life happenings. To do this evening/ was completed: Here I was thinking tonight was going to be a quiet return to Prospect...  Presentation Issues: MOD buzzed me during the second round of Babylon OCAP stopped all the sudden in the middle of the preshow (about 23 minutes into the playlist), so I went into the TMS to see if I could reload the playlist, but I was unable to. I immediately called Alec.  He walked me through resetting the projector and I squeezed my way through that attic crawlspace where Theater 7's projector rests. When I looked at the touchscreen, there was a warning that said "Connection to IMB has been lost." When I unplugged and reset the projector, three new warnings, all IMB related, popped up when it turned back on.  IMB Physical Tamper IMB Marriage Broken IMB Connection to the ICP could not be established  Alec walked me through reconnecting the marriage on the projector and it seemed like everything was running fine again. By that point we were about 2 minutes...
