Presentation Issues: The 1.33 portions of Maestro  reveal some fairly heavy keystoning in T2, this is probably not news to any of you, kinda miraculous we have any straight lines in there with angling of that booth! To do this evening/ was completed: Quiet night spent inspecting the Cobra print we received yesterday. It's in good condition, minimal repair, resting on house reels. Boy and the Heron preshow content ingested. Tech'd The Holiday, volume is good at 5.5. Someone in T1 asked us to turn Renaissance up, right as the film was starting. I bumped it very slightly, as 6.0 is definitely loud enough for the main musical sequences. I scheduled the Spoons MediaBlock playlist for tomorrow just a heads up. Downloaded  The Boy and the Heron  15min preshow content and the 5min preshow content. Please ingest when done.  Built all A1 playlists for the week of 12/08 (apart from Boy n Heron /  T6 playlists as we have yet to received the film schedule!) To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Beyoncé is following swiftly (pun intended) behind Taylor in giving us another very long and loudly mixed concert film...the servers in T2 noted that the film sounded too low to start with (it was originally set to 5.0 in the SPL), so after testing the volume at 7.0 and 6.5 (levels both far too loud once the bass really starts thumping following Queen B's introductory remarks), I brought it down to 6.0 which, admittedly, is still quite loud, but not loud enough to be as punishing or distracting in adjacent theaters as The Eras Tour  seemed to be to many of our guests...this volume setting may need to change if and when we move the film into other (smaller) auditoriums but, for now, it is playing comfortably to the near sold out crowd here tonight Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Titanic screening in theater 1 this evening went very smoothly; Ariel had his DJ set this evening down at Trees Lou...

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey projection - I know the following is lengthy, but please take the time to read.       Had some last minute troubleshooting with the Beyonce  feature as it came with supplementary packages (we get these sometimes depending on the feature) and I'll explain this as best I can since it's actually rather confusing, especially if you've never dealt with this before. The feature we received (which were/are the only available CPLs on Eclair and have the date 20231124 in them) are essentially "base" versions and you need to ingest and keep them on the server, then upload the supplementary packages (VF "version file" content in the email with the keys! this is VERY easy to miss, especially since it's so rare we have to do this.
