Projection Report 1/10 (morning)



Presentation Issues: TMS was offline when I first came in, but Max/Sam/Bill were able to get it working again with plenty of time before the first show. However, theater 7's server was not accessible through the TMS overview for the first round and did not receive the automatic start trigger — we had to start it manually from upstairs. Keep an eye out for any weird/faulty cue stuff this weekend.

** the 6:45 show of VICE in theater 2 did not auto start. Luckily we caught it quickly and I was able to manually start the show. Not sure why this happened.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built playlists/packs for ON THE BASIS OF SEX, sent them out to projectors for tomorrow.

** Began scheduling shows for the week. Everything seems fine so far, but BE FOREWARNED that the Monday shows in theater 5 will need to be manually started for the 6PM round (the end of Mary Poppins overlaps with the scheduled start of Aquaman)

Trailer Updates: we went onto Eclair to grab the Oscar Shorts trailer, but were not able to download it in time to add to all the necessary packs. If you have time to do this tonight/tomorrow, please give it a shot. Removed trailers for On The Basis Of Sex from all trailer packs, made a few other additions/subtractions along the way

Maintenance/cleaning: I was stumped by a customer request to have one of the chairs removed in theater 7. What is the protocol for this moving forward?

Cue sheets updated (only if needed): Made preliminary cue sheets for Friday to Thursday based off of Matthew's showtimes email. Please let me know if anything is off/needs to be changed. ** I also made a cue sheets template that includes separate sheets for the entire week. It's in the shared NPP Projection folder — for future cue sheets you can just copy this file and update it accordingly. (PLEASE don't edit directly to this file)

Additional Notes: There are some VERY tight turns this week! Be prepared to manually start a few of these shows (especially when it comes to AQUAMAN)

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
