Presentation Issues: the fire alarm trigger went off, silently, at some point, in (only) screen 6. First show started with the cleaning lights locked on. Had to clear the macro, etc. Not sure why this seems to keep happening in theater 6, but, it did.

** I had a weird TMS zone-out while trying to edit the sound cues on the live action shorts and somehow doubled (?) the trailer pack and feature at the end of the playlist. Not sure how I did this, but, it happened. Did not realize this until after the playlist had started in the last round — but caught the problem before lights-down. I stopped the playlist, edited it, and re-started it. No problem. Thank you Rachel for working crowd control for me during this.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: scheduled Wednesday and Thursday's shows where possible (with the exception of Casablanca and Isn't It Romantic) **** note: there's a crazy amount of films jumping from theater to theater on these two days — please judiciously delete content where possible to make the necessary space

** feature volume cues had not been set in the playlists for Lego Movie 2 and TSNGO. Added these in — I set both movies at 5.5, they sound great to me.

Print/video Inspection: we did a staff screening of the Live Action Oscar Shorts, which doubled as a sort of a tech check. The volume sounded good to my ear at 5.0, so I reset both shorts playlists to that level.

Distro Doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Updated the outside movie posters with Lego Movie, removed Bohemian. Inside lobby poster is now Us.

** also added a cable to the suction cup pole we use to change the marquee to make getting the pole un-stuck much, much easier. Please don't remove this cable.

Cue sheets updated (only if needed):

Showtime boards & recording updated?: Updated the outside marquee to include Lego Movie 2, Oscar Shorts, and They Shall Not Grow Old

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
