Presentation Issues: none today

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I updated all preshow packs and A1 playlists per Kris King's spreadsheet.

Trailer Updates: Added Greta and Climax to the adult trailer packs

Special Events/ AV set up: none

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): I ingested the Greta trailer from the most recent Trail Mix and added it to the adult trailer packs

Ordering/Receiving (content): Black Panther and Everybody Knows DCPs came at just about the last possible minute, as well as KDMs for Vice. Everything is ingested and updated for the coming week.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Mascha took the Alita DCP that we borrowed from Alamo and brought it back to them.

Print/video Inspection: Dylan P., can you quickly QC Black Panther and Everybody Knows during your admin time tomorrow?

Cue sheets updated (only if needed): With all the Valentine's Day chaos and content coming in today, I was only able to update the cue sheets and scheduler for tomorrow (2/15). Dylan P., can you finish the cue sheets and scheduling for the week tomorrow? If not, just Saturday is okay and I can finish the rest that morning.

Showtime boards & recording updated?: Glass needs to come down from the marquee and Black Panther and Everybody Knows should go up tomorrow.

Cleaning lights on for the night? : yes

Additional Notes: I did a lot of content managing today, so everything should be good to go space-wise, but please be mindful when ingesting/transferring clips from screen to screen this week.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
