Projection Report 3/1



Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I built the BIRDS OF PASSAGE A1 playlist, scheduled it for the week (along with the rest of Wednesday/Thursday's features, minus Captain Marvel, Madonna, and Cleo From 5 to 7)

** I also made a 5.1 version of the Star Encore playlist, since Matthew wanted to possibly move A Star Is Born to theater 3

*** Swapped schedules for theaters 3 and 5 for Saturday and Sunday. Sent out all the content, scheduled playlists, etc.

Trailer Updates: updated the Adult trailer pack to include Apollo 11 and Us. Climax got the axe. (PS - does anybody know where the flat version of the US version 2 trailer might be? We only had version 1 on the TMS)

Special Events/ AV set up: we had dual staff screenings of Greta and Birds Of Passage this afternoon. Both ran without a problem, though Birds was a no-show for audience.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): I put in poster order requests for The Aftermath, Dumbo, and Gloria Bell through Vision. Neon handles their own posters, so, Matthew said he would e-mail them for Apollo 11 and Beach Bum posters.

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): carried the rest of our lingering outbound DCP drives over to the UPS drop. Sayonara.

Print/video Inspection: did a QC of Birds Of Passage and SpiderVerse when I first came in. Both ran great. Also did a sort of unofficial QC of Greta during its staff screening.

Distro Doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: replaced the outside Alita poster with Birds Of Passage, and added a 'Now Playing' snipe to the Greta poster.

Cue sheets updated (only if needed): the cue sheets still had Star Is Born listed as the opening round movie in theater 5 for Monday - Thursday. Matthew's most recent schedule update had this switched to Oscar Shorts. I updated this on the cue sheets. Scheduler is also correct re: this schedule. (This got nixed in a different way when Matthew swapped theaters 3 and 5 — cue sheets are correct for these new changes)

** Matthew asked for theaters 3 and 5 to be swapped for Saturday/Sunday. These changes have been made on the cue sheet (as well as moving Spider-Verse up ten minutes so that the feature start time is 1:30, to account for overlap on the beginning of Star Is Born). Theater 5 is now the 'Greta' theater for the weekend (it goes back to 3 on Monday).

Showtime boards & recording updated?: added Greta and Birds Of Passage to the marquee. Removed Alita, which ended last night, from the marquee.

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Additional Notes: deleted some old content (Goodfellas, On The Basis Of Sex) from servers. If there is still stuff we can get rid of on there, give it the boot.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
