Projection Report 3/12
Presentation Issues: none
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Scheduled all shows from Friday to Thursday where possible
** made playlist for Cat Video Fest, scheduled it. Sent the Don't Break Down feature to theater 1.
*** I did NOT make a Smoke playlist since Dylan S is running that show and it is a blu ray feature — did not want to assume how he wants to run the show
Trailer Updates: removed Smoke from the 'event' trailer pack, added Dog Day Afternoon
Special Events/ AV set up: CLUELESS Dinner & A Movie. I noticed that the lights up cue was in the wrong place as the preshow was running. I took it off screen real quick, deleted the cue, and re-started. It pushed us a couple of minutes but otherwise the show ran perfectly.
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content): We received blu rays for both SMOKE (this Thurs) and IN BRUGES (a private event that's still over a week away). Both are in booth 4/6 with the incoming titles.
Outgoing/Shipping (content):
Print/video Inspection:
Distro Doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning: Deleted a WHOLE bunch of stuff from the servers to make way for next week's scheduling
** took down Roma from the front posters (since we are no longer showing it) and replaced it with a 'Coming Soon' Cat Video Fest
Cue sheets updated (only if needed): Filled in cue sheet start times for Saturday/Sunday. I did not put in end time cues for next week as we are still waiting on trailer updates.
Showtime boards & recording updated?: Removed They Shall Not Grow Old, Roma, and Beale Street from the front side marquee. Removed the Clueless info from the north side. Added 'Smoke / Thurs 3/14' on the north.
Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes
Additional Notes: I would like to again reiterate that Into The Spider-Verse is MUCH LONGER than whatever run time we have been making the schedules from
