Projection Report, 3/25 PM

Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Jameson and Jawbreaker events went great. Directors chairs are back behind the screen in 1.

After much random button mashing and cursing, I finally figured out how to program those stupid lighting boards:

1) Go into "Program Mode" (hold down the program button until the program LED flashes)
2) Select ONE fixture, get it where you want it.
3) Save it to a scene - press and release "MIDI/Add," select your desired scene. LED's on board will flash to confirm.
4) Zero out any faders
5) De-select the fixture
6) Either exit program mode to check your work (hold down Program button until program LED flashes, THEN hit blackout), OR repeat steps 2-5 for additional fixtures.

Fixtures 1+2 are the spots, 3-6 are the pars. You can check out the manual to see what each fader does. I'll drop this into the projectionist training manual as well.

Bloodbath playlist is all set for tomorrow, no intros, no Q+A, just another movie screening! Or the "ol' look-n-listen" as they called it when I was growing up, way back in the 80's. Only thing to watch out for is the masking - I noticed the 1.78 masking doesn't move too easily back to flat, you have to move it out to scope then to flat.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Swim Team (April 18th) arrived, was ingested. Pulp Fiction should be cooked and served tomorrow sometime.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Distro Doc updated/checked?: yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Returned all PA gak to the Hi-res closet.

Cue sheets updated (only if needed): Added credits time for Bloodbath tomorrow (no end credits!)

Showtime boards & recording updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night? :

Hi-Res :

Additional Notes: Blu ray player in 3 was behaving erratically, disk tray wouldn't open, wouldn't recognize disc, etc.. I'm having serious doubts about these Samsungs. Thankfully it was just being used as a backup.
