Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: build the A1 playlist for The Beach Bum, began scheduling it

** scheduled all shows from Friday — Thursday (minus Dumbo) where possible (CatVideoFest can't be scheduled because Captain Marvel cuts into its turn-around time, so I sent the feature file out to server 2)

*** sent Dog Day Afternoon to server 2 as well

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): we received (another) poster for The Aftermath. The tube is down in booth 3/7.

Ordering/Receiving (content): still waiting on Dumbo

Outgoing/Shipping (content): I carried the rest of the outgoing DCPs over to the UPS drop

Print/video Inspection: I did a QC of Pulp Fiction in theater 3 after the keys opened at midnight. Watched about 30 minutes of it — looks and sounds great, though there are some slight dialogue sync issues in the long hallway scene that seem to be just part of how the movie is mixed. No major problems.

Distro Doc updated/checked?: Checked & updated

Cue sheets updated (only if needed): updated cue sheets for Thursday to reflect the changes made re: moving Dog Day Afternoon around (also updated the scheduler to account for these changes)

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
