Presentation Issues: the second round of Fighting With My Family in theater 6 failed to schedule-start on time. I did not catch this until after the start time, when it had been seated with cleaning lights up. was able to dowse/mute the equipment and get the playlist back up to speed without too much mess on screen. Let's please make sure floor staff knows that when stuff like this happens, it's a mistake.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: scheduled shows for Friday — Sunday where possible

** made a "w/ Babies" playlist for Fighting With My Family when I came in, scheduled it for today. Also added the "Hawks With Babies" PSA stinger to the Babies trailer pack since it was not in there.

*** downloaded the NH logo slide from Dropbox. This has been added to the MADONNA playlist for tomorrow, and can be used for all future events if we ever need a generic background slide for intros and Q&As.

**** made playlists for APOLLO 11 and BUFFY, scheduled them for the weekend (Buffy still needs a lights-up cue)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: John and I touched base a little on the run of show for the Madonna event tomorrow. He should be here by 1 tomorrow to look at the PA set-up — I'll try to get here a little earlier than 2:30 so we can tech the show together.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): we received posters for APOLLO 11 and WOMAN AT WAR. The Apollo 11 posters got a little beat up during shipping, though — they're in booth 3/7 if anybody wants to give them a second opinion re: usefulness.

Ordering/Receiving (content): received drives for APOLLO 11, BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER, MARY POPPINS RETURNS (??), and a Trailmix. Apollo and Buffy have been ingested to TMS.

** received new KDMs for Bohemian, TSNGO, Green Book, and Beale, ingested them to TMS

*** still waiting on feature content for WOMAN AT WAR

**** downloaded a few new trailers from the Trailmix, including (finally) the flat version of the US version 2 trailer. I'll update the adult trailer packs with that tomorrow.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: I arrived at the tail end of the Lost In Translation film feast prep screening on screen 6. It seems to have run well. John took the disc with him.

Cue sheets updated (only if needed): built out the cue sheets for Friday/Saturday/Sunday to get a head start on next week's sheets

* please keep in mind that when trailer packs get updated, end times as listed on the cue sheets will almost definitely also change a little bit as well

Showtime boards & recording updated?: added "Captain Marvel Opens Thurs" to the north facing marquee. I pulled letters for Buffy too ("Buffy Sat - Sun Brunch"), but the way I put Marvel up there made the marquee look too crowded. I will rethink this tomorrow.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
