Presentation Issues: Please remember to manually adjust lights to "House Mid" for the three first-floor theaters (3, 5 and 7). It's a pain, but the vibe for walk-in is pretty aggressive at the moment. Hopefully we'll have this sorted this week, so we can go back to automating this.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Started SE_NineToFive playlist. Started downloading preshow content for Nine to Five from Dropbox web interface. Fingers crossed.

Trailer Updates: Ingested Mildred Pierce trailer.

** Keep an ear out for "coming soon" trailers, these have been reported by customers as being too loud, we should drop in a separate volume cue for these.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested French Connection, sent to TH2.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Anybody know what's going on with the miscellaneous drives that have been sitting around for a while? There are a few special event drives (Cat Video Fest, etc.) that should probably get sent somewhere. I'm happy to get a convo started with John/Caryn to see where we should send those puppies, if someone can make me a list of what's there.

Print/video Inspection: Keys for 9 to 5 valid starting tomorrow.. Dylan can you QC tomorrow before opening?

** Looks like we're still waiting on keys for French Connection.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Took out trash/recycling from 4/6, wiped down desk. Assembled bookshelf for content. Brought in some duvetyne scraps to cover unused port windows. They're on the freshly repurposed side table in 4/6, I'd be pleased as punch if someone would cut + tape these up in the booths - just trying to cover all 35mm ports and any extra windows.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, today's look good as do tomorrow's.

Marquee updated?: No

Posters updated?: received a poster for something, on the content cart.

Additional Notes: Friendly reminder to please shut off all booth lights at the end of the night.

** New lock was installed on the 4/6 door - same key, turn clockwise to open (counterclockwise works too but key still sticks).

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
