Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: built the A1 AVENGERS: ENDGAME playlist. **NOTE: we are still waiting on the Avengers preshow and final trailer assignments — the playlist currently has temporary preshow/trailers built in. These will need to be updated, but I wanted to get a head start on scheduling.

** built the FRENCH CONNECTION playlist too. **NOTE: We seem to not have the 'ServerShare' tip stinger that Kris has listed for the preshow pack — do we know where this can be found? (French Connection also needs lights-up cues for the end credits)

*** scheduled everything for Thursday based on the cue sheets

Trailer Updates: Updated the Brooklyn South preshow pack to include the 15min VHS Welcome stinger —— this required some creative show scheduling for French Connection. If Michael and/or Dylan S could double check this, that would be great. Update the scheduler and/or make this show manual if necessary.

Began updating the Events trailer pack, but could not finish because we are still missing the Warriors trailer (see below)

**waiting on trailer assignments for Avengers and for next week in general

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (content): received and ingested new KDMs for Avengers: Endgame, Captain Marvel, Pet Sematary, French Connection, and Carrie (Avengers keys open Wednesday)

** Michael downloaded a bunch of things to the portable drive, which I ingested to TMS (TIP 'Kirk Western,' the Steel Magnolias TLR, Retro feature stinger). However, the Warriors trailer seems like it never completed its download from earlier — the DCP folder is incomplete. This will need to be downloaded again so we can update the trailers for French Connection.
.... also, Michael downloaded zipped files of the 9 To 5 live band clips. These, unfortunately, would not unzip on the hard drive. The zipped folders are still on there.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
