Presentation Issues: none

Preshow Clips/Playlist: No updates

Trailer Updates: None until EOD tomorrow (after Carrie)

Special Events/ AV set up: STB set up day 2 went fine. No issues during run of show. Everything is packed up and back where it belongs.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): What I thought was a Detective Pikachu poster was actually a poster for The Last Black Man in San Francisco. So we're (somehow) still waiting for that. I'll order other posters for May tomorrow AM.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Nothing

Outgoing/Shipping (content): I'll send back our old DCPs tomorrow AM.

Print/video Inspection: Unfortunately, there was not enough time to QC Carrie in TH 3 this morning. I'll do that first thing tomorrow.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. No updates required.

Marquee updated?: I removed Spoons, Toons, and Booze from the north side. Carrie needs to come down tomorrow.

Posters updated?: Waiting on new posters. All the posters hanging are current, however.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: n/a

Projection cart by TH5?: n/a

Additional Notes: A customer complained about the white noise coming from the right channel in Th 7. It's been acting up for awhile now. Can we talk to DMS about making this a priority?

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
