Presentation Issues: none

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Started A1_LongShot in preparation for Friday. Still waiting on the new preshow and in-house trailers.

Trailer Updates: Received the trailer list from Kris King. Waiting on some content to arrive before I make the new trailer packs. Also, Carrie in-house trailer needs to be removed from trailer packs after tonight.

Special Events/ AV set up: None besides Carrie (no set-up required)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Our Detective Pikachu poster finally arrived! And a poster for Ma arrived as well.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Long Shot DCP arrived. I ingested it to the TMS. Just waiting on keys to QC.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): No time this afternoon. Will send some out tomorrow.

Print/video Inspection: QC'd Carrie in TH 3 before the screening tonight. Looks great!

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes.

Marquee updated?: Carrie needs to come down from the north side tonight.

Posters updated?: I took down one of the Long Shot posters out front and switched it with Detective Pikachu. I'm going to wait until Friday to put up Ma.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: n/a

Projection cart by TH5?: n/a

Nest: n/a

Additional Notes: Two boxes arrived from Amazon for projection. I didn't have time to open them up, but they're in 4/6.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
