Projection Report 4/3 All Day



Presentation Issues: See below.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: A1_Shazam is scheduled and ready to premiere tomorrow. Also created a couple A1 playlists with “plus10” or “plus15.” These should be scheduled accordingly to allow for earlier seating between rounds. Please let me know if you have any questions about this!

Trailer Updates: Shazam trailer needs to be removed from all packs and replaced per the trailer list.

Special Events/ AV set up: Lots of set up for the Pet Sematary premiere. Had Paramount in the theater at 11am for a full tech. Then back at 6:30pm for mic checks and final run through. There were some issues with the sound during showtime that we addressed with Paramount and the directors. All in all though, it went great!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We should have posters arriving Thursday or Friday for Avengers, Shazam, Pet Sematary, and High Life. Put them all up except for High Life once they arrive, please.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received a new trail mix. It’s in 4/6. All other content for the week has arrived.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Nothing until Monday.

Print/video Inspection: See above

Distro Doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated (only if needed): Cue sheets for next week are finished up until Wednesday (thanks, Dylan P!). Alec, if you could finish them it would be greatly appreciated!

Showtime boards & recording updated?: Put up the latest marquee poem. Alec, can you take down Shazam from the north side and add it to the front? And then replace that with an advert for Where The wild Things Are brunch screenings this weekend. Thanks!

Cleaning lights on for the night? : Yes

Additional Notes: Daniel came in at 8pm to help out while I ran the event and get a bit more training on the TMS. Everything went great! He’ll be back on Sunday for his regular solo close. Can we get him keys and an email address by then?

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
