Projection Report 4/9 Admin



Presentation Issues: There was an issue with the cue sheets for theaters 1 and 2 that Rachael caught. I fixed the cue sheets, but this still lead to a delay since Dumbo was not ingested to Th 2. Rachael talked to the guests (only 3; a mother and her 2 daughters) and I played extra preshow until Dumbo was ready. The movie started about 15 minutes late, but otherwise there were no issues.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Created and scheduled A1_SaturdayNightFever

Trailer Updates: TLR_FrenchConnection needs to be added to the Trailer pack_Events once it's been uploaded to Dropbox. It should play before Saturday Night Fever tomorrow.

Special Events/ AV set up: QC'd Saturday Night Fever in Th 2. It's good to go for Wednesday night. I also talked to Deluxe and the Vertigo keys should arrive in the next few hours. Can someone QC that tonight or tomorrow?

Also went over the set up for recording Q&As with Michael. I'll be showing everyone this over the next week or so.

Additional Notes: The electricians were here before we opened working on Th 1. Whatever they did, the overhead lights are no longer responding to our cues. The electricians will be back tomorrow AM to fix this, but the lights are going to be a bit wonky in there for tonight.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
