Presentation Issues: Whoever keeps removing the release string from the marquee suction cup pole — please stop doing that

Preshow Clips/Playlist: ingested SQUID AND THE WHALE to projector #2

** built and scheduled SE playlists for INSTRUMENT and SQUID AND THE WHALE. note: I did not include the VHS welcome slide in the Instrument playlist, as it would have thrown the start time off by more than ten minutes, and the turn around leading into this show is relatively short.

*** scheduled Be The Dream playlist for the weekend, sent all shorts out to projector 3

**** sent all of the FINAL GIRLS BERLIN shorts to projector 3 for Tuesday. We don't seem to have a run of show or trailer assignments for this yet, so, I did not finish building or scheduling the playlist

Trailer Updates: downloaded/ingested trailers for Honey I Shrunk The Kids and High Art, sent them to relevant projectors. Added Honey trailer to BE THE DREAM playlist, updated the "Events" trailer pack for Squid.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): received posters for Anna, The White Crow, and another Dark Phoenix

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): packed up all of the outgoing feature DCP drives, carried them to the UPS drop. Lots of room on the shelf now.

Print/video Inspection: QC'd Instrument in theater 1 and Squid And The Whale in theater 2. Got the end credits time for Squid, built it into the playlist. Keep in mind that Instrument is 4x3, and we don't have the side masking in theater 1, so it will have to play pillar boxed. This movie looks & sounds excellent and should be played loud (I set the volume cue at 5.5 but it could probably go higher).

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated end times for Monday through Thursday (where possible — missing Final Girls and Aladdin). Also updated the end/start times for BE THE DREAM on Sat/Sun to account for the 10 minute welcome slide at the head of the playlist.

Marquee updated?: added "Fugazi Instrument / Guy Picciotto And Jem Cohen In Person 5/20-21" to the north side

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projection cart by TH5?: moved back to booth 3/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
