Presentation Issues: none

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated the logo slides in SE_Instrument_QA to the Nitehawk/Brooklyn Vegan slide.

Trailer Updates: No updates until after Final Girls tonight. I also received the new trailer list from Kris King, so I will make those tomorrow.

Special Events/ AV set up: Instrument is still set-up from yesterday, we just need an extra mic and chair for the Q&A tonight.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): none

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested Aladdin to the TMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content): none

Print/video Inspection: Waiting on keys to activate for Aladdin and Booksmart before QC.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes.

Maintenance/cleaning: none

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Also started the cue sheets for next week. All of the doors/showtimes are filled in except for Thursday 5/30.

Marquee updated?: Dylan P. will updated the north side tonight after Final Girls and Instrument finish.

Posters updated?: Still waiting on Booksmart posters to arrive. No other updates until Thursday.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: n/a

Projection cart by TH5?: back in 3/7

Nest: Just a casual afterparty for Instrument.

Additional Notes: The screens in theaters 4 and 6 have been raised! The contractors will be back tomorrow to fix the bottom curtains and side masking.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
