Presentation Issues: none

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I started updating the A1 playlists for next week, but I'm still waiting on the Generic Horror preshow for Ma. It looks like it's uploading to Dropbox now.

Trailer Updates: Same as above. Waiting right now to ingest in-house trailers for Little Fugitive and Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Special Events/ AV set up: We did tech for the drag show preshow for But I'm a Cheerleader on 6/9. We also did tech with Morricone Youth for the Live Sound Cinema screening of Mad Max in Th 1 tonight. Michael Lawless will be running the event tonight with Daniel here to run the rest of the theater and assist with Th 1.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): None. We did however receive promotional t-shirts for The Dead Don't Die. They're in 4/6!

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received the DCP for Too Late to Die Young. It has not been ingested yet, but it's on the incoming shelf in 4/6.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): A courier came by and brought our DCP of Rocketman over to Alamo. Apparently they're playing it tonight and their DCP is malfunctioning! We should receive it back by tomorrow.

Print/video Inspection: None. Keys for Rocketman and Ma activate at midnight tonight! Daniel, please QC these if you have time. If not, I can first thing tomorrow.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: none

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Cues for Mad Max were off. Mascha alerted me and I adjusted them accordingly.

Marquee updated?: Mad Max comes down tonight!

Posters updated?: Posters are updated. Snipes for Ma and Rocketman can be updated to "now showing" after we close, or I can update them in the morning.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: n/a

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
