Projection Report 5/9 (admin)



Presentation Issues: the Pikachu playlist was originally built with just the 25 minute preshow. I added the 5 minute 'Welcome' bit to the playlist after that show got out.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: scheduled all shows for the Friday through Thursday where possible (no Lost In Translation or John Wick 3)

* built an A1_TheHustle playlist, plus a SE_MildredPierce. *note: we still need end credit offsets for both of these films — I can't log in to Deluxe to retrieve them. Does anybody know the correct username/password for this?

**note: following the recent naming conventions, I made a new '50919' Updated Avengers playlist (which includes the now-updated AllAges trailer pack). However, this soon seemed sort of complicated in terms of renaming each of our playlists. All of the all ages shows (Avengers, Marvel, Tolkien, Pikachu) are up to date with today's trailer assignments — feel free to rename/reschedule the playlists if that is the thing to do

Trailer Updates: Updated the AllAges trailer packs for today (for Avengers and Marvel, and Tolkien for tomorrow — Pikachu has its own trailer pack)

Special Events/ AV set up: SINGIN' IN THE RAIN. Scheduled playlist show, no host.

* I noticed after the show began that Singin' In The Rain has no volume/lighting cues built in. I manually brought it to 5.5 at feature start. Daniel can coordinate with MOD when to bring up house lights.
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): I called Vision to check on the status of our posters for THE HUSTLE. Apparently they are set to arrive on Tuesday — which obviously doesn't help us for the weekend.

Ordering/Receiving (content): received keys for Avengers and Mildred Pierce, ingested them

** ingested THE SQUID AND THE WHALE and the Final Girls shorts from the portable drive

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Kris came in this morning and QC'd the new in house content (including the Pokemon preshow). Looks good!

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated for Squid And The Whale

Maintenance/cleaning: don't forget to update the dry erase board tonight or tomorrow!

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): added end cues for all shows through Sunday (except Mildred Pierce)

Marquee updated?: added Detective Pikachu to the front side marquee

Posters updated?: added a 'Now Playing' snipe to Detective Pikachu outside

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projection cart by TH5?: moved back to booth 3/7

Nest:

Additional Notes: Her Smell, Little Woods, and Singin' In The Rain can all come off of the marquee tonight

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
