Ordering/Receiving (content): We received keys for Spider-Man: Far From Home and Midsommar. I ingested them, but we are still waiting on our DCP of Midsommar. As of right now, it looks like Dylan P. is going to bring the DCP over to PP from WB and ingest it here tomorrow during his shift. Keys activate at midnight on Monday, so we should be fine.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes.

Maintenance/cleaning: none

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. The first showing of Booksmart in Th4 was scheduled on FilmBot and the TMS to start at 11:30AM, but the cue sheets had it starting at 11:15AM. I corrected this and there were no other problems.

Marquee updated?: Do the Right Thing needs to come down tonight! Please switch with an advert for Jaws on 7/4.

Posters updated?: No updates

Additional Notes: Dan was here working on the film path from the platter in Booth 1 to Projector 1. It looks great! He made up a test platter from War of the Worlds and ran some through. Just needs a bit more fine tuning before Once Upon a Time in Hollywood!

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
