Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a trailer for The Cure: Live at Hyde Park to SE_StopMakingSense per John's request.

Trailer Updates: Removed Spider-Man: Far From Home TLR from the packs and replaced it with Men In Black: International until Friday.

Special Events/ AV set up: Helped John and Michael tech the Skype setup for the Q&A after Stop Making Sense tonight in Th 1. It looks and sounds great!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): None

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested our DCP of Men In Black: International to the appropriate screens.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): None

Print/video Inspection: None

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Added Men In Black: International.

Maintenance/cleaning: none

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Cue sheets for the coming week are in progress!

Marquee updated?: No updates yet. Stop Making Sense comes down tonight! Please replace with Honey, I Shrunk the Kids!

Posters updated?: No updates until Thursday, unless the MiB poster arrives tomorrow.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: n/a

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

Nest: Projector, screen, and vintage televisions were installed just before opening today! Just in time for the Stop Making Sense afterparty tonight.

Additional Notes: Schedule has been posted! There have been a lot of requests off, so please check your schedule and let me know if there are any issues.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
