Presentation Issues: None. We are still troubleshooting the sound levels after Dolby finished calibrating the theaters though, so please let us know if you have any feedback.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: No updates

Trailer Updates: Removed Texas Chainsaw Massacre from the Adult trailer packs.

Special Events/ AV set up: Nothing today, tech for Little Fugitive is tomorrow AM though.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Posters arrived for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. They should go up as soon as we have room! I didn't want to try today and ruin it in the rain...

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received the DCP of Brownsville Born for this Thursday! It's ingesting to TH 1 right now and will be ready for inspection tomorrow.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): None

Print/video Inspection: none

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: yes

Maintenance/cleaning: none

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. No problems today. I also started the cue sheets for next week. They should be finished by EOD tomorrow.

Marquee updated?: Up to date. Nick Dodge also talked to me about adding an advert for Hi-res to the front of the marquee. I'll send out the language once he gets back to me so we can get that up asap.

Posters updated?: See above.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: n/a

Projectors off for the night?: n/a

Projection cart by TH5?: Back in 3/7

Nest: First trivia night with the projection screen! I believe Jesse is handling set-up, but Dylan P. is here to help out as well.

Additional Notes: Just a quick note about the new volume levels: as of right now, the general rule is 4.0 for preshows, 5.0 for trailers, and 6-6.5 for features. We're going to keep honing this in as we receive feedback from customers and staff, so please make a note of any complaints or comments.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
