Presentation Issues: None so far

Preshow Clips/Playlist: The kids trailer pack still had the 45-second "Nitehawk Rising" before the 25-minute preshow, rather than the 5-minute welcome slide, which caused house lights to go down early and a cue sheet headache for Secret Life of Pets shows. Please double check that packs are the correct length so the house will go dark at the showtime before building playlists.

*Built and scheduled Brighton Beach Memoirs playlist, sent the feature to theater 3's server

*Adjusted the house mid cue at the end of the Secret Life of Pets playlist so lights come up when the credits start instead of the house staying dark until the crawl starts. In the future we should double check credit offsets to see if it makes sense to bring the lights up earlier than at the timecode the distributor gives us.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: ...But I'm a Cheerleader 35mm in theater 1. No issues. Billy was here when I got in, he changed the lamp in projector 2 and balanced the brightness (but we could use a light meter here to get the balance more exact). This removed the issue of the lamp shutting itself off. Other than that, just be aware of the things Dylan P. mentioned -- make sure the aperture plate is in place before each changeover. The plate itself on projector 1 also needs some work. Michael is going to bring in a file tomorrow and I'll work on this during my next shift.

Additional Notes: I set the playback mode in theater 3 to "Play then Rewind" because Rocketman is playing in there all day with very tight turns. Playlist still might not autostart, but it will automatically reload at the end of the prior show so a manual start will be quicker. Be sure to turn this back to "Play then Eject" after the last show starts.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
